ICS Electronic belt scale

ICS electronic belt scale is mostly consisted by scale body, load cell, speed test sensor and the computer for accumulation and calculation (also called display controller and meter) It can compute the dispersing materials on the belt transport automatically and continuously by the gravity effect. ,It is widely used in the dynamic compute and mix-material control in electric power, build, mine, metallurgy, light industry, port and traffic transportation etc.

•ICS electronic belt scale is integrating the advantages of various belt scale internal and overseas. Whose capacity is according to the nation standard GB/T7721-1995,high accuracy, stability, easy install, advanced adjust method etc. They are follows:

1. Brief scale frame-work structure. Non-assistant force conducting Organ, few infection of the weighing accuracy. Install between upper and underside belts, easy install, does not engross the space.

2. The load cell is whole sealed, moisture proof and antisepticise ,is installed in the scale frame work being pulled station, stable, not influenced by the exterior water ,dirt and material cumulating.

3.Supported by the frictionless trunnion, linearity,can be used in any environment.

4.The meter has the capacity of moistureproof, dustproof, automatism zero, half automatism zero, digital modify measure , electron adjust, error self check, digital demarcate , power off holding(can preserve the five year¡¯s data in gear),accumulate weight transmit, print communication, etc.

7.Belt transportation machine obliquity:
The install obliquity of belt transportation is less than 18 degree ;smaller the obliquity the better precision , special for the ST4 , less than 6 degree better.

8.Groovy angle:
Less than 35 degree ,smaller the angle the better weighing.

9.The max distance between scale frame work and meter is 900m.
